The Thakur Vidya Mandir High School & Junior College  campus spread over 3 acres of prime land in Thakur Complex, Kandivali (East) is considered as one of the finest school campuses in the city of Mumbai. The three buildings with excellent indoor facilities are complemented by equally good outdoor facilities like a Large Playground, a lush green mango orchard and an open-air auditorium. This ensures right environment for the all-round development of students who enjoy the process of learning, as indicated in the school's motto: "Let learning be a joy and teaching a pleasure".

  

Academic facilities
Classrooms:-	All classrooms are scientifically designed and Air-Conditioned in order to provide good ambience for teaching learning process.
Science Laboratories:-	The Biology, Physics and Chemistry Labs are well designed to accommodate 68 students each are equipped with best quality materials.
Computer Lab Building No. 2:-	Thakur Vidya Mandir High School & Junior College  takes pride in its state of art school- level computer laboratory. It has 67 computers connected by LAN. Internet facility is made available on 14 computers.
Computer Lab Building No. 1:-	Thakur Vidya Mandir High School & Junior College  takes pride in its state of art junior college- level computer laboratories. They have 62 computers connected by LAN. Internet facility made available on all the computers.
Auditorium:-  Building No. 2:-	The auditorium with wooden flooring is the Best Audio Visual Facility amongst the schools in Mumbai. With a seating capacity of 374 , it serves as ideal learning centre through Audio-Visual aids such as educational CDs, online programmes etc. and helpful in promoting the activities of English Literary Club like elocution and debate competitions etc.
Multimedia & Oratory Hall:-  Building No. 1:-	The multimedia and oratory hall has the Best Audio Visual & Multimedia Facility amongst the schools in Mumbai. With a seating capacity of 104, it serves as ideal learning centre through Audio-Visual aids such as educational CDs, online programmes etc. and helpful in promoting the activities of English Literary Club like elocution and debate competitions etc.
Library:-	The school library is well designed with 20000 books in stock. It provides ideal environment for reading and learning. It has over 20000 books ranging from Nursery to NASA (Space Science) which are available to students.

Students Facilities
Mango Orchard:-	A lovely piece of land provides an ideal place for growing medicinal plants, crop plants, vegetables as a part of hands on experience for the students. A vermiculture project is also undertaken by the students which gives additional boost to Science Club and Nature Club.
Medical Centre:- Building No. 1:-	A small but fully equipped medical centre provides facilities for first-aid as well as medical/health check-up of students.
Counselor's Room:-	The services of a qualified Counselor is available on campus for the benefit of students and parents.
Book Shop:-	Provides books and stationery items required by students at affordable price and Xerox of all stationery. A telephone facility is also available.
Canteen:-	School has three different types of canteens which are managed by professional caterers which serve more than 56 variety of good quality food items at reasonable rates for students as well as staff.
Transport:-	School maintains a fleet of 32 buses flying between Goregaon (East) and Dahisar (East) and also Kandivali (West) and Borivali (West). The Bus drivers and cleaners are well trained to handle young students.

Sports/ Recreational Facilities
Play Ground:-	School has a well maintained playground with provision for outdoor games like Kho-Kho, Kabbadi, Skating, Volleyball, Basket-ball and Lawn tennis.
Swimming Pool:-	There is a well designed swimming pool. Two mini swimming pools with a large play area with equipment for aquatic games.
Recreation Ground:-	Thakur Vidya Mandir High School & Junior College  is proud to possess one of the largest recreation ground among schools in Mumbai 1,50,500 sq. feet of outdoor recreational set up for promoting Football, Handball, Cricket, Athletics and even organising DSO Volleyball tournament as and when required with 2000 seating capacity of stadium.
Play Park:-	A large play-area of 175' X 50'  accommodating 400 children at a time, has been exclusively developed with various equipments like slides, water-slides, swings, tunnels, merry-go-round, suspension bridge etc. There is also a covered stadium with 200 seating capacity.
